- In store purchases have 7 days to be returned for an exchange or store credit. Tags must still be attached.
- Online purchases are eligible for store credit only, if returned within 7 business days of receiving your order. Any tags must still be attached, with your packing slip or name, phone number, and order number. After this set time frame, your order will no longer be eligible for return. Online purchases can also be returned in store, within the 7 day time frame and proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)
- Shipping charges are not included in refunds. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If you mail in a return we suggest you use a trackable shipping service, purchase shipping insurance, or ship Priority via the USPS because we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Due to limited inventory, if you need to exchange an item, we suggest the customer place a new order for the item needed and return the other item for a store credit.
- Any exchanged merchandise must NOT have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Items with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other stains or smells will not be accepted.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS: All Jewelry, Hair Accessories, BruMates, Bridgewater, Bralettes, Bodysuits, Caren, Clearance Items, Dock & Bay, Gift Cards, Last One Deals, MakeUp Erasers, O-Venture, and shoes are considered FINAL SALE. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
- DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS: Contact us within 3 days of delivery date or in store purchase. Merchandise must NOT have been worn, altered, or washed in any way. Items with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other stains or smells will not be accepted. We will not be able to accept damaged returns if we are not contacted within the 3 day time frame.
- Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-5 business days to process your return and issue your store credit via e-mail.
- The customer is responsible for any ineligible items that are returned and will be required to pay the $9.99 reshipment fee for us to send the item/items back to them. If an ineligible item is returned, we will contact you and hold item for 7 days. If we do not hear back from the customer in that time frame the item will be donated to charity.
Packing slip or name, phone number, and order number must be in the package.
